I did a 20min session and made a time lapse out of it. You can see the attachment of the elastrator band and ho i cut those in the end of the video. You can see how much they swelling over the time

aan woreout : I can go about 45 minutes. My nuts turn a purplish blue .before I release the banding I have my nuts in.
